Venue Hire Terms & Conditions
Room Reservation and Deposit
The requested room will be held on a provisional basis for one week from the date of booking. A deposit must be received within this one-week period to secure and confirm the booking. If the deposit is not paid within the specified timeframe, the venue reserves the right to release the room and make it available for other bookings.
Cancellation and Deposit
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Should you cancel your event after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be returned.
Final Payment
Full payment of the remaining venue hire balance must be received no later than one week prior to the event date. Failure to make full payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking and the release of the room.
By confirming the booking, the hirer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
